Remembering Laura Arwood
Laura Arwood was an award-winning playwright whose works were produced in North Carolina, Illinois (Chicago), and Alabama. Her primary focus was on writing plays, but she also performed and directed for select productions in the RDU Research Triangle. She held a B.S. in Animal Science and a Ph.D. in Genetics from North Carolina State University and was a biology professor for twenty-five years.
